Rivermead Holiday Home Park

Rivermead is a superb Holiday Home Park with 5 stars under the VisitBritain scheme. It is situated on the bank of the River Avon, near to the charming Worcestershire village of Wyre Piddle. In the heart of the Vale of Evesham, famed for it's springtime fruit blossom, the park is perfectly situated for visiting the Malvern Hills, Cotswolds, Chipping Campden, Broadway, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick plus many other attractions. Rivermead is open for ten months of the year from 1st March to 31st December.

The park overlooks Wyre Lock and Weir where boats pass by en-route to Tewkesbury or Stratford upon Avon, along the 109 miles of waterways known as the 'Avon Ring'. Our Riverside setting has private fishing, moorings and small dinghy park for boats up to 12ft with slipway facilities.

Rivermead provides new and used luxury static holiday homes all with the latest modern conviences. The Park also has a fully-equipped amenities building with a laundry room, disabilty shows and toilets, a landline telephone kiosk and a site sales office. There is a resident Park Manager on duty throughout the year, who maintains the Park.

Each holiday home is sited on stone plinths with steps, flotation unit, piped gas, water and electricity.
Owners pets are permitted on the park under strict supervision.

Part of the river frontage allows the keen angler among our owners to fish at their leisure and boat owners are able to moor their boats within the sight and security of their own holiday homes. There is a leisure field set aside for children to play ball games etc.

Wyre Mill Boating Club is just down the road, Evesham Golf Club at Fladbury is 3 miles away, and the Vale Golf Club is six miles away. More small courses and a driving range are located nearby.

A few minutes easy walk from the park along a country lane brings you to the village of Wyre Piddle, with its Norman Church and Piesse of Pershore hotel.

Less than two miles in the other direction is the small market town of Pershore where there are a variety of unique independent shops, retail market, bus and rail services, an ancient Abbey, hospital, leisure centre with swimming pool and fitness gym. There is also a cinema and theatre known as Number 8 complex. The historic town of Evehsam with many facilities including a new leisure centre and superstores is 5 miles away. The Cathederal city of Worcester is within easy roads, bus and rail links with many more shops, restaurants and entertainment and Cheltenham Spa with its high quality shops is only eighteen miles away.

Our site fees for 2018 are £2665.70 for all of the park except the front row which is £2814.17 including VAT, Rates & water
