The park is within easy reach of the Ancient Market towns of Newtown, Llanidloes, Welshpool and Machynlleth.

The pitches are carefully laid out to ensure all caravans are well spaced, with own parking alongside, with some mature landscaped and green areas. Some pitches also offer private, enclosed gardens.
