Garth Holiday Park

David Bellamy Gold Award winning park. A beautiful and unique holiday home retreat, overlooking the Snowdonia National Park. For over 40 years running, our family run park has achieved the David Bellamy conservation gold award.

We are just ½ a mile from the ancient town of Machynlleth, so forget the car, relax and enjoy. Walking into town or the many walks along the river or up the hills.

An ideal base for bird watching, walking, fishing, golf or simply relaxing on one of the many nearby sandy beaches. Quality cuisine can be found just a short walk away.

All homes have parking next to their homes, and many have balconies to enjoy the views with a glass of wine or 2.

The Park holiday caravan season is from the 1st Febuary to the 15th January, 11 1/2 months. our log cabins are 12 month holiday only.

We do not do rentals oonly to close freids and family. Dogs, cats welcome too. We evan have had rabbits and parrots come with their owners.

Directions

From leaving the Salop Leisure depot at Machynlleth return to the main road-cross roads of Hew Lewis tires and the Chip shop. Go straight across this junction, then turn right. Follow this bearing right at the end (approx 200 yards). As the the road opens to Bryn Y Gog, the white houses, bear left behind these houses. (on the left in the bushes is a sign saying Garth Road) Follow this to the end (600 yards) and you will find the Park. Stay on the tarmac. As you entre the park carry on over the brow of the hill, to the beautiful views, on the left by the workshop is reception, the white house.
