The open-plan Harlech will be situated in a small area of just half a dozen caravans that overlooks a large lawn, while behind the caravan is a gently flowing stream so you can sit out on your deck in the evening and enjoy the sound of running water. The mature parkland also has lots of tree and bushes, and all the wonderful wildlife that come with that.
There is a private tarmac parking space for your car while the total cost of the unit also includes an 8ft wife by 12ft long composite deck (with a steal subframe). The decking also includes skirting around the unit and a set of steps with a lockable gate (see images for example of how the deck will look. The decking will be commissioned and built within a few weeks of an order being placed on a caravan). The price also includes siting, connection and delivery.
Derwen Mill is a family-run five-star holiday park near the Welsh market town of Welshpool (2.5 miles away) and situated in the village of Guilsifeld (walking distance). In the local village you will find two pubs, a shop and post office, a filling station and shop as well as the excellent Derwen Garden Centre, which also has a restaurant and farm produce shop.
