Callow Top Holiday Park

Callow Top is an independent family owned and run holiday park, established since 1975. As a Holiday Home owner you would be welcome to use your "home from home" as often as you wish throughout the entire year.

The park itself is situated in a stunning elevated position in the Derbyshire countryside, bordering the Peak District National Park. Despite this, Callow Top is easily accessible, with flat ground sheltered by a perimeter of high hedgerows which house a variety of bird life.

Callow Top has many impressive amenities including; outdoor heated pool and paddling pool (May-Sept), traditional pub and restaurant, fishing lake, indoor table tennis and pool tables, children's play ground, football area and large shop. The 12mile long Tissington Trail cycling/walking path runs through, along with several footpaths.  A lovely 20minute walk into Ashbourne (along the Tissington Trail) where there are many fabulous Cafes, Bars, restaurants and independant shops. There is also an Aldi, Marks and Spencers Food Hall, Sainsbury's and CO-OP.

Our Holiday Home area is self contained, without through traffic from the rest of the park.  The holiday homes are all privately owned and not sub-let, which contributes to the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. If you were to own a holiday home here, although sub-letting is not permitted, you would be very welcome to invite family and close friends to stay.
