ABI Hereford at Arrow Bank Country Holiday Park

This pre-owned ABI Hereford is for sale on the ‘Meadow View’ area at Arrow Bank Country Holiday Park. It’s light and bright throughout and benefits from an ensuite as well as a family shower room. You enter the Hereford through the fully obscure glazed side door, directly into the horseshoe-shaped kitchen. This is really well appointed with an integrated fridge/freezer and microwave, built in oven with grill and 4-ring gas hob, plus plenty of drawer and cupboard space and wine racking. A dining table for 4 sits under a large window and beyond that is the open plan living area. This is really spacious with an unusually large corner sofa that sits at least 6 and also hides a sofa bed for extra guests. Opposite the sofa is a wooden feature unit containing an electric, coal effect fire with space for a large, flat screen TV as well as display space. The bedrooms and shower rooms are at the far end of the Hereford off the hallway. The family shower room has a double shower enclosure and white suite including a close coupled WC which sits under an opening, obscured window. There’s also lots of cupboard and shelving space too. Opposite is the twin bedroom with over-bed storage as well as a single wardrobe with drawers under. There’s a handy shelf with mirror over plus there’s a plug and TV aerial socket for a wall mounted TV. The master bedroom is a really light, bright space. The bed is a double with storage under; there’s a small dressing table with a large mirror and further storage above. There’s an impressive mirrored, triple wardrobe unit with drawers which is situated by the en-suite shower room. This has a double shower enclosure, white suite and opening, obscured glazed window with a fitted blind. The Hereford is a fabulous holiday home at a competitive price and surely won’t be on the shelf for long.
