ABI Beaumont

This 2020 ABI Beaumont is in amazing condition and comes with a whole heap of features that makes it a great deal at this price point. Before you enter the Beaumont via the obscured glazed door from the side decking, you’ll need to take a moment to breathe in the location. The Beaumont overlooks Park Pool at Pearl Lake Country Holiday Park, which is an ancient pool on a smaller scale to Pearl Lake itself. The front, east facing decking, looks directly over Park Pool and is a sweet spot for morning coffee or an evening tipple. Once inside you’re straight into the incredibly well-appointed kitchen. There’s a dishwasher and washing machine, an integrated fridge/freezer and microwave plus a large larder cupboard. There’s a full-size oven with five-ring gas hob, glass backsplash and extractor over. A large dining table with oak effect top and 4 fully upholstered seats could easily sit up to 6 if needed. The lounge area is dominated by the sliding patio doors which takes you straight onto the decking and brings in so much light. There are 2 generous sofas – a 2-seater and 3-seater, a focal fireplace and room for a large TV. A footstool adds further seating. There’s no less luxury and level of equipment in the bedroom and bathroom area of the Beaumont. A generous family shower room with lots of cupboard space serves the large twin bedroom which has plenty of storage, including a wardrobe and open, floor to ceiling, shelving. The main suite is stunning. There’s a King-size bed, masses of storage drawers, and a mirrored dressing table with upholstered chair. Then, the height of luxury, a large dressing room with wardrobes, one of which has a full-length mirror, more shelving and drawers, and this area gives access to the ensuite bathroom with a full-size bath and shower over.
