The ergonomically designed U-shaped kitchen incorporates integrated appliances which include a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, hob and extractor. There is also plenty of cupboard and work surface space.

The large, light coloured oval dining table has 4 comfortable dining chairs.

The lounge area has two generously sized sofas (one has a sofa bed), a matching footstool, electric fire and corner unit. The TV can be located on the corner unit or on the feature wall (where the mirror is). The sliding patio doors open out on to decking which leads to stunning views over the river Banwy.

The master bedroom is light and airy with a king sized bed, bed side tables with lamps, triple wardrobe, dressing table with stool and shelf storage. The en-suite has a full sized shower cubicle, vanity sink unit, towel rail and wc.

The second bedroom is a twin and continues the contemporary feel. Bedside table, over bed storage and single wardrobe.
