The side entrance door opens in to a hallway utility area which has lots of storage cupboards (one with socket for charging cordless vacuum cleaner), composite sink with drainer, coat hooks with seating, washing machine and boiler cupboard. The glass door then opens out on to the open plan living area. The high gloss kitchen has a subtle two tone grey finish with granite work surfaces. The storage has been designed to maximise easy access with large drawer units and a corner carousel unit. Integrated appliances include 70:30 fridge freezer, full size dishwasher, high level double oven, microwave, 5 ring gas hob and a good sized wine cooler. The cut out sink and a half has a pull out hose tap to making cleaning less of a chore! The kitchen island also offers a breakfast bar area with 2 stools which match the dining chair design. The large dining table has a great design, a theme which is carried over on the coffee table and side table. Comfortable seating for 6 people and complimented by a feature light fitting above. The main lounge area covers the width of the lodge with the focus being the view over the lake, the fireplace and the TV unit. There is the option to put the TV in the corner if preferred. This Beech lodge boasts 3 generous sized bedrooms all of which have feature walls with bulkhead and spot lighting.. The master bedroom has a gorgeous colour scheme with the curtains and wardrobes toning in perfectly. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedside tables, sliding wardrobe doors and a huge, fully tiled en suite shower room. The second bedroom has a contemporary colour scheme, again tastefully complemented with soft furnishings and furniture. The second bedroom connects through to the main bathroom, so serves as an ensuite too. The main bathroom is fully tiled and has a full sized bath with shower over. vanity sink unit, toilet, towel rail and storage. The third bedroom is a twin with a tasteful bronze finish.
