Lodge Ownership running costs:

·        Site Fees for 2019 are £1,050.60 per quarter – payable quarterly in advance on the 1st Mar, 1st Jun, 1st Sep, 1st Dec each year

·        Business Rates are payable on the 1st of April each year (or pro rata if you join us after the 1st of April). For the financial year 2019/20 they are £221.00 for this lodge. Business Rates are payable instead of Council Tax for your holiday home.

·        Water and electric are individually metered & paid every quarter in arrears.

·        Gas is delivered & connected for you when required.

·        Holiday home insurance must be in arranged with your own provider.
